Munford Attendance Information

If your child is absent, please use our email system (munfordabsent@gmail.com), call the school office at (804) 780-6267, or send a note or email to your child's teacher. If your child will be absent due to travel (such as to Disney, the ski slopes, the beach, or other destinations), the school administration must approve it. Remember that the state and Richmond Public Schools (RPS) consider missing 18 or more days of school as "Chronic Absences." Even if the absences are excused, you may get a letter from the school or RPS if your child misses 18 or more days.
